Pool Rules- No eating or drinking inside the pool.
- No lifeguard on duty – children must be supervised at all times.
- Management is not liable for any accidents or injuries at the pool.
- Frogs may appear during the rainy season; inform the caretaker for removal.
- Pool access is not allowed on checkout day.
- Pool is not accessible 24x7 – use only during designated hours.

- Upon arrival, the villa caretaker will assist with your check-in, formalities, and balance payment collection.
- For any issues during your stay, you may contact our assigned manager (contact shared a day prior). Both male and female managers are available if needed.
- To avoid confusion, the management and staff will coordinate only with the guest whose name is on the booking confirmation.
Convenient Location: Located 43 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, the villa is near Phoenix Market City Mall (43 km) and Powai Lake (47 km). Other attractions include Dadar Railway Station (47 km) and Siddhi Vinayak Temple (48 km).

Guest Policy
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Additional guests will incur extra charges and may be denied entry.
Government ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
Damage Policy
•Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its belongings.
•Cost of damages will be deducted from the security deposit or charged additionally if required.
If guests break the rules or create trouble, the management can ask them to leave the villa.
Security Deposit : A Rs.6,500 refundable security deposit is to be paid at the time of check-in.
Important Stay Information
Power Backup: As the villa is located in a village area of Panvel, occasional power cuts may occur. An inverter supports only lights and fans for up to 2 hours (usage dependent). No compensation will be provided for blackout situations.
Electronic Appliances: AC, TV, geyser, fridge, microwave, etc. may face issues beyond our control. Our team will coordinate repairs promptly, but no refunds/compensation will be provided.
Loss/Damage: The management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Utensil Cleaning: Rs.500/night extra if the caretaker washes utensils. No charge if guests clean them.
Property Alterations: Rearranging furniture or making any modifications to the property is strictly not allowed.
